Scheduling ProcessOne Call is all it takes! We are dedicated to providing superior customer service. Thus, members of our medical staff who want to schedule a case can either call our Scheduling Department directly or send the necessary information via facsimile. Choose whichever method is easier for your office staff to handle. There is basic information we need in order to schedule a procedure, such as the patient’s demographic and insurance information and CPT codes for the procedure to be performed. Should you choose to fax the information and your requested time is not available, your office will be notified within 24 hours. If your practice is such that you see emergencies which may require same day surgery, you can perform those cases at our facility as long as you schedule them by 4:00pm. This is to allow adequate time for insurance authorizations and additional staffing. Early morning add-ons can also be accommodated.
