Patient Registration

On the day of your surgery please enter the facility and check in at the registration counter. The staff there will review with you documentation related to the procedure you are having, your financial responsibility and obtain necessary demographic information.

Generally, registration only takes a few minutes and you will begin preoperative preparations within one hour of your assigned arrival time. However, it is important that you be aware that operative starting times are estimates. We make every effort to begin promptly but surgeries may be delayed due to surgical complications and physician emergencies.
