Richard Famiglietti - Administrator
Mr. Famiglietti is the developer and executive director of the
Weston Medical Surgical Pavillion and serves as the administrator
of the Weston Outpatient Surgical Center. He has been in healthcare
consulting and management for 27 years, including the formation
of a hospital management corporation that owned and managed
three hospitals and a nursing home. He held various corporate
executive positions in two NYSE-listed hospital management companies,
and served as chief executive officer for various hospitals,
including Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida.

Donna Markey, RN - Director of Nursing
Mrs. Markey brings over 16 years of Operating Room experience
to the center. Previously, Markey served as the Director of
Surgical Services at Hollywood Medical Center and the Manager
of Operating Room for Memorial Same Day Surgery Center. Her
dynamic leadership and hands on approach enables the facility
to expand its clinical programs and services. Markey oversees
the daily operations of the Weston Outpatient Surgical Center's
operating rooms.

Saul R. Epstein, MBA – Chief Financial Officer and Controller
Mr. Epstein provides financial oversight for all activities at ParkCreek. A nationally recognized expert in the area of physician reimbursement, Mr. Epstein has been in healthcare management for 27 years. Mr. Epstein serves as a managing member of ParkCreek General Partner, LLC and previously held various corporate executive positions.

Gary Hindin, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Hindin is an attending anesthesiologist at the ParkCreek Surgery Center. Board certified in anesthesiology, Dr. Hindin is an expert in outpatient anesthesia and pain management. In addition, Dr. Hindin serves as the president of Millennium Anesthesia.

Rebecca Overton - Business Office Manager
Ms. Overton manages the scheduling and revenue cycle functions at Weston. An expert in the area of surgery center reimbursement, Ms. Overton has been part of the Weston team for three years. Prior t joining the Weston team, she held similar positions with surgery centers in the state of Arkansas.
